It's been a wild ride! In the year since its community debut June 4,
2004, Mission Movie has screened at ten festivals, won four awards,
and traveled around the globe, exciting audiences and igniting
dialogue about community filmmaking and the issues facing the Mission
District. To celebrate its year of achievement, Mission Movie will
reunite with CELLspace—the site of much of the film's initial work—for
an anniversary screening and party the week after its run at the LA
Femme film festival in Los Angeles.
